Pork Fillet with Leek

Pork Fillet with Leek
  • 1 500g pork fillet, fat removed
  • 1 leek
  • 3 tbsp mustard seeds
  • salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 500g pork fillet, fat removed
  • 1 leek
  • 3 tbsp mustard seeds
  • salt and pepper

Method
  • Cut the leek in half lengthways. Wash under cold running water and plunge in boiling water for three minutes.
  • Brush the pork fillet with mustard seeds and wrap in the leek. Cook for 40 minutes in a steamer. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut in thick slices and serve with a salad and mustard sauce.
