  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 tbsp OSI
  • 3 cups apple juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Fresh thyme
  • Lemon Slices

Method

OSU Mediterranean Refresher recipe!

1. In a glass, pitcher or jug, combine the apple juice, lemon juice and OSU and mix well.

2. Place the ice into four glasses and pour in the OSU mixture. Top each with sparkling water, garnish with a slice of lemon and sprig of thyme. Serve and enjoy.
