Moroccan turkey burgers

Ingredients

  • For the burgers500g lean turkey breast mince
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp Moroccan spice mix
  • 1 tsp Very Lazy Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Very Lazy Chopped Red Chillies
  • 4 tbsp freshly chopped mint
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For the chilli yoghurt dip200 g pot 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1-2 tsp Very Lazy Chopped Red Chillies
  • Grated rind and juice ½ lemon

Method

  1. Place all the burger ingredients into a large bowl and mix together by using your hands. Divide the mixture into four and shape each into a burger.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Place the burgers on a baking tray, brush with a little oil and cook for 5-6 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  3. Whilst the burgers are cooking, make the dip: place all the ingredients in a small bowl, mix together and season to taste. Serve the burgers with salad and a spoonful of the dip.
