Ingredients

  • 35ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 50ml London dry gin
  • 150ml sugar-free cloudy lemonade
  • 6-8 basil leaves

Method

  1. Put some ice in a glass and pour in all the liquids.
  2. Gently bruise the basil leaves in your hands (leave one to decorate) and stir into the drink.
  3. Garnish with the fresh basil leaf.

TIP: Omit the gin for an alcohol-free version.
