Guilt-free pancakes with Salted Honeycomb Hazelnut M+lk


  1. Salted Honeycomb Hazelnut M+lk
  2. 100g of Plain Flour
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda
  4. 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Sugar
  5. 1 Mashed Banana
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  7. Handful of raspberries, blueberries (whatever tickles your fancy!)
  8. Agave


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk together.
  2. Heat a frying pan to a medium heat with some coconut out, use an ice cream scoop as measurement for each dollop of batter and place in a circular motion to gain the right shape.
  3. Cook on each side for one minute and until golden brown.
