Chocolate Orange Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 65g oats
  • 45g almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1½ tbsp cacao powder
  • orange, slices, juice and zest

Method

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds and cocoa.
  2. Add in the milk, vanilla, maple syrup and orange juice one-by-one.
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge and leave for at least 30 minutes, but ideally overnight.
  4. Remove the mixture the next morning and add toppings such as orange zest, orange slices and dried fruit.
