Apple pie breakfast smoothie bowl


  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 245g vegan yoghurt
  • 1 large Pink Lady® apple, washed and cut up into chunks, core and stem removed
  • 45g gluten-free oats
  • 2 tsp chia or flax seeds
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
  • 250ml plant-based milk (for example almond or rice milk)
  • 2 tsp beetroot powder or freeze dried raspberry powder (optional)

To garnish (optional):

  • pomegranate seeds
  • a drizzle of maple syrup
  • chia seeds
  • oats, nut or seeds
  • a handful of edible flowers
  • Pink Lady® apple slices


  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately and add the toppings of your choice.
